Provision of data to third countries

When you use the TikTok plug-in integrated into our Website, general information about the session (IP address, device and browser information, URL of the page visited, date and time of the visit, interaction with the plug-in or embedded content) may be transferred to TikTok Technology Limited and related companies, including the ByteDance group. These data may be processed not only in the European Union/European Economic Area, but also transferred to third countries, including China (where ByteDance is established). China has not been recognised by a decision of the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection equivalent to that guaranteed in the European Union. This means that, with regard to the transferred data, there may be limited effective legal remedies, access to data by authorities of third countries, and a lower level of protection than you may expect under European Union legal regulation. The transfer of data is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, as an additional safeguard when transferring data to a third country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection. More information about how TikTok Technology Limited processes your personal data can be found in TikTok's privacy policy.

Certain personal data concerning you – general information about the session (IP address, device and browser information, URL of the page visited, date and time of the visit, interaction with the plug-in or embedded content) – may also be transferred when you use the Instagram plug-in. In this case, data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and related companies belonging to the Meta Platforms Inc. group. These data may be processed not only in the European Union/European Economic Area, but also in the United States of America. By decision of the European Commission, the United States of America has been recognised as ensuring an adequate level of protection, and Meta Platforms Inc. is included in the Data Privacy Framework list. More information about how Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes your personal data can be found in Instagram's privacy policy.

We also use the Google Analytics 4 service. Google's headquarters are located in the third country of the United States of America, in respect of which, as mentioned above, the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision, and Google LLC is included in the Data Privacy Framework list.

Receipt and disclosure of data

We receive your data from you and your devices.

We may disclose information about you to the data processors engaged by us (providers of IT services, marketing services, etc.).

In addition, we may disclose information about you if we are required to do so by law.

Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, this deadline may be extended by a further 2 (two) months. In such a case, we will inform you within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request of such extension and the reasons behind it. We shall refuse to exercise your rights only in cases provided by law.

We recommend using this Request Form for the Exercise of Data Subject Rights.

Right of access to your personal data

It is our intention that you fully understand the way we use your personal data, and you suffer no inconvenience as a result. Information about how we process your personal data is primarily provided in this Privacy Policy (right to be informed). Right to withdraw consent

If you have given us explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of consent-based processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

We strive to provide as clear and comprehensive information as possible about the processing of personal data and undertake to update this Privacy Policy when the process of using personal data changes. However, if you have any questions about our use of your personal data, we will be happy to answer them or provide you with any additional information we may disclose.
